Our Staff are the Heart of our Home
We have amazing staff that have been with Maple Tree since we started. We pride in our staff having the most up to date training and up to date CRB checks.
SUPPORT WORKER - ROS WILLIAMS
Since 2015
I have worked in care for 16 years and really enjoy working at Maple Tree care. My work colleauges, managers and directors are great to work with and we work well as a team which is so important in a home like ours. It is a fun and happy place to work and I feel that I am a valued member of staff. I have a good repore with the residents, their families and all staff and am proud to be part of the team.
SUPPORT WORKER - SUZANN ALDUS

I am part of the amazing team at Mapletree Care. I have been at Maple tree care since it started in June 2013. I have a NVQ3 in health and Social care which is part of the Mapletree training scheme. My duties are to make sure residents are taken care of, keeping them safe, healthy and happy.
The staff here encourage residents to make their own choices where safe and possible.
SUPPORT WORKER - TANYA ALDUS

I have worked as part of the Mapletree tean since 2015, I have my level 3 in health and social care and worked in the care sector for 18years.
My Job at Mapletree is to encourage as much independence for our residents as as possible for their ability in the safest manner.My aim is to make sure they are happy and healthy.
SUPPORT WORKER - NATALIE HEWITT
Since 2013
I have worked in Health and social care since 2003 on orthopedic wards and then supporting adults and children with learning disabilities within a day centre. I joined the dedicated team at Maple Tree in 2015. We are all passionate about delivering outstanding care to our residents. Maple Tree is a freindly, Happy home and i have built some trusting relationships with the other staff and residents. My role is very rewarding and feel very lucky to work here.
SUPPORT WORKER - EMMA COLLISON

I have worked in Health and Social care since i was 18 and its something that i am very passionate about. I really enjoy working with the team at Maple Tree and love to care for the residents like they are our family. The managers and directors are really supportive and involve us in the day to day running of the home.
SUPPORT WORKER - MARILYN QUEEN
Since 2020
I started working at Mapletree Care this year and have settled in really well. When I started I was provided with brilliant training that helped me settle in quickly.
